How fresh is your coffee?
Our coffee is roasted after your order is placed by our roasting and fulfillment partner. It is then packed and shipped directly to you instead of sitting for months on a grocery-store shelf.
Is your coffee specialty-grade?
Yes. Dead Tired Coffee Co. offers specialty-grade coffee selected for quality, consistency, and flavor.
Do you roast the coffee yourselves?
Dead Tired Coffee Co. creates and manages the brand, product lineup, blend concepts, artwork, and customer experience. Our professional roasting and fulfillment partner roasts, grinds when requested, packages, and ships each coffee order.
What sizes are available?
Most coffees are available in 12 oz bags, and many are also available in 2 lb bags. Available sizes are listed on each product page.
Can I order whole bean or ground coffee?
Most coffees are available as whole bean or in several grind options. The exact choices appear on each product page so you can select what works best for your brewing method.
Do you offer decaf, flavored, or high-caffeine coffee?
Yep. Our collection includes decaf, flavored blends, high-caffeine options, dark roasts, lighter roasts, seasonal releases, cold-brew coffee, and several blends that refuse to fit neatly into one category.
How much is shipping?
Coffee ships free within the United States. Other products, including merch and gifts, may have separate shipping charges shown at checkout.
How long does an order take to ship?
Because coffee is roasted to order, there is a short processing period before shipment. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Eligible coffees can be ordered through Subscribe & Save for 10% off. Subscription options and available delivery schedules appear on participating product pages.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel a subscription?
Yes. Subscription customers can manage upcoming orders through the subscription-management link provided with their account and order emails.
Where can I find you in person?
We attend select vendor shows and local events. Upcoming appearances are shared through Dead Tired Coffee Co. social media.
