Maple on its own can get sweet fast. Pecan gives it somewhere to go.
The nuttier character adds depth and keeps the maple from feeling one-note, while the coffee underneath gives the whole thing enough structure to stay grounded. The label calls the flavor Pecan Pie because that is the general direction: warm maple, pecan, and a cozy baked-dessert profile.
It also gives you a very easy fall-coffee lane when pumpkin spice is not your thing.

This is my holy grail of coffee. I have 2 fur babies, one is a GSD, and my husband broke his leg. Dead tired "max caffeine" saved the day! And the pecan pie was smooth. Tasty too.
